Board of Director

Nominating Committee
seeks out individuals who are interested in joining in the ministry of Habitat.

Site Selection Committee
seeks out land for the Habitat Project.

Building Committee
oversees all stages of the Project from design to final construction.

Fund Raising Committee
raises funds through organizing various events and donations.

Publicity Committee
raise local awareness of Habitat and inform current and potential supporters of upcoming events.

Family Selection Committee
chooses future Habitat homeowners from a pool of applicants.

Family Partnership Committee
responsible for the education and support of homeowners in the perosnal financial, and legal responsibilities.

Building Contractor
Responsible for obtaining permits, licences, interact with town officials, plan and schedule construction activites, work in conjunction with Volunteer coordinator to schedule work groups, Aquire material through purchase or donations, Subcontracting.

Construction Supervisior
Supervise various construction activities. Instruct and guide volunteers to accomplish various tasks. Coordinate between various tasks and report to Building Committe Chairman.

Framing and Rough Carpentry
Install sub-floor/deck/stairs, panelize walls(pre-build), frame and sheath exterior walls, frame interior walls, install windows and exterior doors, sheath roof

Rough and finish

Painting
Prime walls, ceiling and trim; paint walls, ceiling and trim

Exterior Work
Roofing, install shingles, gutter and down spouts; install vinyl siding and trim

Install carpeting and vinyl flooring
